Lifetime Warranty

Do you provide a warranty for your products?

Kanishq Designs is committed to the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers repairs or replacements for items with manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage due to excessive wear, physical or accidental abuse, loss (including missing stones), or theft. Any repair or service performed by a party other than Kanishq Designs will void the warranty. We hope you enjoy your Kanishq Designs purchase for years to come.

Do I need to register my purchase to activate the warranty?

To activate your warranty, please visit KanishqDesigns.com and log in to your account or create one. Navigate to the Warranty Registration page to register your purchase. Note that registration is for your online records only, and no confirmation email or physical certificate will be sent. If you have questions about registration, please contact us at customercare​kanishqdesignsny​@gmail.com.

Will I receive a certificate of authenticity?

Your receipt from Kanishq Designs serves as your certificate of authenticity. If you need an appraisal document for insurance purposes, please email us at customercare​kanishqdesignsny​@gmail.com and provide your receipt number.

Can I view or edit my warranty registrations?

To view or modify your warranty registrations, log in to your account dashboard at KanishqDesigns.com. From there, you can manage your warranty information.

What is the SKU number?

The SKU number is located on your Kanishq Designs receipt, next to the item description and above the bar code. For items purchased from authorized retailers, you can use the retailer’s Item Number or UPC. If no numbers are available, simply provide a description of the item as accurately as possible.
