Is there a shipping fee for my order?
We provide complimentary shipping for all orders within the U.S. For additional shipping services, a flat fee may apply. International orders will incur shipping charges, and all associated duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the buyer, collected by the carrier prior to delivery.
Do I need to be present to receive my delivery?
To ensure the security of your package, a direct signature is required upon delivery. If you are unavailable or need to make special arrangements, please contact us as soon as possible.
When will my order be shipped?
Shipping timelines are detailed on the product page and in your order confirmation email. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination. Refer to your order confirmation for specific shipping details.
How can I track my shipment?
Your order confirmation email includes a tracking link to monitor your shipment’s progress. Use this link to stay updated on your delivery status.
Is your packaging marked with any branding?
We use plain outer packaging for all shipments, which does not include any branding or references to jewelry to ensure discretion.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
To cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. When emailing, include “CHANGE or CANCEL ORDER # [order number]” in the subject line. Due to our rapid processing times, we may not be able to accommodate changes once an order is in progress.
Can you reroute my package to a different address?
For security reasons, we cannot reroute packages once they have been shipped. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.
What should I do if I am not at home when my package arrives?
Since a signature is required for all deliveries, if you’re not home, FedEx will attempt delivery up to three times. After the third attempt, the package will be returned to us. You may also have the option to pick up the package from a local FedEx facility. Contact us if you need to arrange delivery when you’re available.
What should I do if my package appears to be tampered with?
If you notice that your package seems to be tampered with upon delivery, refuse the package and contact us immediately at customercarekanishqdesignsny@gmail.com or call us during business hours at 877.KANISHQ.
Where are your orders shipped from?
All orders are dispatched from our headquarters in New York City.
Do you offer international shipping?
Kanishq Designs is pleased to offer international shipping to many destinations. Please be aware that any duties, taxes, and fees imposed by local customs are the buyer’s responsibility.

What if I receive the wrong item or a defective product?

Can I have my order shipped to a PO Box?
Orders over $500 are shipped via FedEx and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. Orders under $500 are shipped with USPS and can be delivered to PO Boxes.
