Is there a cost for returning items?
Return shipping fees apply based on the value of the jewelry. For details on the fee structure, please contact our customer service.
What are your guidelines for returning items?
Your satisfaction is important to us at Kanishq Designs. If you are not completely content with your online purchase, you can return items for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of the shipment date. Returns made between 31 and 45 days will be eligible for an exchange or store credit. Please ensure items are unworn, unaltered, and free of damage or imperfections to qualify for return.
Will shipping fees be refunded on returns?
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched. This includes the cost of shipping both the original order and the return shipping, if applicable.
Can I exchange my items or get store credit?
Exchanges or store credit can be issued up to 45 days from the shipment date. Please note that the 30-day refund period remains unchanged regardless of exchanges. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in pristine condition to be eligible for exchange.
How do I start the return process?
To begin a return, please email us at customercarekanishqdesignsny@gmail.com to request a return authorization. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete the return process.
Can I return an online order at a physical store?
Currently, we do not support in-store returns for online purchases. To return an item bought online, please contact us via email at customercarekanishqdesignsny@gmail.com or use our online contact form.
Can I return items purchased from third-party stores?
We cannot process returns for items bought from third-party retailers. Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly through Kanishq Designs.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds for returns are processed in the order they are received, typically within 2-3 business days after we receive the returned package. The time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement can vary, taking an additional 2-10 business days depending on your credit card issuer.
Do you have a jewelry buy-back program?
At this time, we do not offer a buy-back program for jewelry.
What is your upgrade policy for jewelry?
Kanishq Designs provides a lifetime upgrade policy on most jewelry items. To qualify for an upgrade, the new purchase must be priced at least twice the original item's purchase price. The original item must be in excellent condition and accompanied by the original receipt. This policy is applicable only for purchases made directly from Kanishq Designs Boutiques or our website.
Does Final Call mean the item is on final sale?
No, Final Call does not mean Final Sale. The Final Call Collection indicates that once an item is sold out, it will not be restocked. It’s your last chance to purchase those items before they are gone.
